Toby Young the right wing Journalist who has been put in charge of university regulations (Theresa Mays war on students and universities) has joked about masturbating over starving kids.  Evolve Politics  has reported that Tory University advisor Toby Young posted a tweet ‘joking’ about masturbating over scenes of extreme poverty, including harrowing images of starving children in 2009. During Comic Relief in 2009, Simon Cowell visited Kenya where he witnessed first hand how starving children were forced to scavenge from a rubbish dump for 16 hours a day in order to survive. The former journalist and free school advocate Toby Young is among a group of business executives who are to help head the government’s drive to apply market forces to higher education in England, as new laws come into force that will regulate universities in the same way as water or gas utilities, according to ministers. Jo Johnson, the minister for higher education, hailed the new Office for Students (OfS) – which comes into legal existence on Monday – as the answer to concerns over students receiving value for money for their degrees while taking on increasing debt, and opening the sector up to increased competition. TORIES TRYING TO REWRITE HISTORY Johnson, who piloted the laws establishing the OfS through parliament...
